The beaches of Torre San Giovanni is located on the Ionian Sea to the east of the Salento peninsula, in province of Lecce. Torre San Giovanni has a long history and the signs are that this sea port has some importance since the time of the strategic town of Ozan messapica (ancient name of Ugento).
